If someone is undergoing any other therapy, or medication, can I still do stress, anxiety, and depression therapy?
Yes. But IAMU won’t ask you to give up any medication. In case you plan to combine a few therapies from different coaches, we will ask you to take responsibility for it. Also, request you to inform IAMU about the same and take consent for it. Please read the disclaimer.
Do I need to have a caregiver with me during the stress management therapy sessions?
Not during the sessions, we’ve got you covered. But it’s preferable to have somebody with you at home, who can be there to help you.
How many sessions of stress management therapy are required?
Therapy is powerful and can do wonders. However, the number of sessions depends on the amount of stress you take. Relax…therapy will definitely help you to feel better.
Can stress management therapy be done online / in-person?
